Who is responsible?
“Luna Life” is the project name. Contact: support@mylunalife.com.

Visiting this website
This presentation site shows features and demonstration screenshots. It has no registration form, payment checkout or analytics script in its current version. Screenshot examples are demonstration content.
Fonts currently load from Google Fonts, which involves a connection from your browser to Google. A website host may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and access time, to deliver and protect the site.
To complete: the production hosting provider, actual logs and retention, font delivery choice, and a check of cookies or similar technologies on the deployed site.
Contact and beta enquiries
Email links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send the message. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. Correspondence is handled through Google Workspace to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible beta access. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Asking about the beta does not create an account, buy a subscription or automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.
To complete: the applicable legal basis for enquiries and beta coordination, retention periods, and any future marketing consent process. These are not yet finalized.
The Luna Life application
The app is a separate signed-in service. Depending on the features used, it can hold account details, personal plans, assessments, reflections, wellbeing entries, financial entries, family information and uploaded media. Testing is currently intended to use fictional content; account and contact details may still be personal data.
Base44 provides the app platform. Base44 support has confirmed that uploaded media is stored in the United States. Private uploads use temporary access links; removing a reference in the app does not itself permanently erase the stored file. Permanent media removal currently requires Base44 support.
Before collecting real app content: finalize the separate app privacy notice, purposes and legal bases (including any sensitive data), provider and transfer details, retention and deletion/export procedures, and age/family-profile rules. This website draft does not replace that notice.
Service providers and international transfers
The current setup includes Google Workspace for correspondence, Google Fonts for website typography, and Base44 for the linked app. The production website host has not been selected.
To complete: relevant provider entities and roles, processing locations, recipients, and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA. No EU-only storage promise is made.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it. You can also complain to a competent data protection authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner.

To complete: the request-handling process and practical deletion/export arrangements before live-user onboarding.
